Terms

Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Nauvi website and any software integration made available under a separate customer arrangement.

Last updated 21 July 2026

Provider

The website and services are provided by Tuytens, Jarie, operating under the commercial brand Nauvi Ventures, enterprise number 1035.263.479, at Veldstraat 148, 8760 Tielt, Belgium.

Authorized use

You may use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may use an integration only if you are authorized to act for the connected business, Page, organization, or account and comply with applicable law and the relevant platform terms.

You must not misuse the service, bypass security, interfere with operation, access data without authority, upload unlawful material, or use permissions for a purpose the account owner did not approve.

Connected platforms

Meta and LinkedIn are independent third-party services. Their availability, permissions, review decisions, and terms are outside Nauvi's control. A platform may restrict or withdraw access at any time.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, approvals, and rights associated with content you ask the software to process or publish.

Intellectual property

Nauvi and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, design, and underlying technology. You retain rights in your content and connected account data. You grant Nauvi only the limited rights needed to provide the requested service.

Availability and liability

The public website is provided on an as-available basis. Specific software services, support, fees, warranties, service levels, and liability terms may be set out in a separate customer agreement, which takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Nauvi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the public website or from an interruption or change made by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access

You may stop using the website at any time. Connected-account access may be revoked through the third-party platform or the Nauvi service where that control is available. Nauvi may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, or respond to misuse.

Law and contact

Belgian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to jarie@nauvi-ventures.com.
